Yungstar 6'3 "Nothing's Promised"

Yungstar 6’3 was born Jarrett William Partlow on may 24, 1990 in Westchester NY. Raised by his Grandmother, Jarrett saw the best and worse life had to offer at a young age.

His mother Gwendolyn Partlow was a corrections officer and father a hustler from the Bronx. At the age of 7 he fell in love with hip-hop music. By the age of 11 he was studying classical percussion and marching band drum, he also received his first set of turntables.

By the age of 12 he was Djing local parties for classmates and family friends and at 13 he began recording music in a local studio in Mount Vernon, NY. At the age of 16 he got the break he was looking for when he met his manager, friend, and mentor the legendary DJ Chuck Chillout (98.7 Kiss FM New York).

Chuck gravitated toward the young rapper and the two immediately began working together. After a six year period of continuous grind and determination, things are looking positive for Chuck Chillout’s protégé. His second single “Nothing’s Promised” is receiving radio play in Boston, Connecticut, New York and a few other markets and the duo show no signs of slowing down.
