Brooklyn native, Jermaine Joseph also known as “M. Reck,” has a strong appetite for enterprise.

Reck, 34, is a Crown Heights-born, East New York –bred street - savvy artist, who illustrates the harsh realities of everyday, urban life.

An emcee since his early teens, M. Reck continues to lay bars over exclusive beats and grace commercial radio stations and internet news forums, worldwide.

In 1999, Reck assumed the alias “Mr. Reck” and was featured on Blahzay Blahzay’s single released on Game Records/Landspeed called “Gee Sums.”

Mr. Reck was also featured on the cover of XXL’s “Greatest Day of HipHop” issue [1999], which was re-released in 2009 for the tenth year anniversary.

In 1999, Reck was a featured artist on the Tony Touch Power Cypher  50 Emcees [classic] mixtape.

M. Reck has garnered interest and spins  on some of NY’s premier commercial radio stations Hot97, Power 105.1 and Shade 45 with such songs as “Toss The Paper” produced by DJ PF Cuttin, “BK Madness” ft. St. Laz, “Caught Up” ft. Papoose and recently “Opium Rap” off his album Respect The Juxx, coming soon.

M. Reck is no stranger to industry news sites WorldStarHipHop.com, ThisIs50.com, HipHopGame.com, AllHipHop.com, OnSmash.com, 2DopeBoyz.com, ForbezDVD.com, HipHopDX.com, and other notable news forums, worldwide.

DJ giants as Envy, Enyce, SuperStar J, Diggz, Clue, Kay Slay, Self, Green Lantern and Cipha Sounds have all also worked with M. Reck at one time or another in their careers.

DJ Kay Slay deemed M. Reck a “mogul in the making” after the recent “Caught Up” collaboration [currently spinning on Hot 97 and Power 105]. Presently, M. Reck operates as Chief Executive Officer of Gutta Muzic, the parent brand of COD DVD, DVD Weekly, ForbezDVD.com – among the top 5 video content sites in the world and GetReckApparel (Food For Thought clothing line on racks in select stores).

If that isn’t enough, M. Reck’s plate is full with ongoing video shooting and editing projects – and he still manages to make time for family. M. Reck says “I MADE IT ON MY OWN GRIND WITHOUT A MAJOR COSIGN.”
