A mother from Charlotte, North Carolina called the police and reported a theft in her home.

She reported that her Pop-tarts had been stolen by her juvenile son and demanded justice!

When she explained that she had previous disciplinary trouble with her son, police put the boy under juvenile arrest and charged him with misdemeanor larceny.

The neighborhood kids scribbled “All he wanted was a Pop’-tart” in the street and started singing it like a jailhouse chant!

Clearly this mother is trying to teach her son a lesson but sometimes you need to pick and choose your battles because this incident could cause an entirely different issue if they start  looking into whether or not she was feeding her son properly.

Certain agencies specialize in turning it around on the parent and Child Protective Services could be knocking on her door checking her refrigerator while the psychologist has her son in some office making him believe he was being starved!

CHARLOTTE, NORTH CAROLINA -A North Carolina mother had her son arrested for allegedly stealing her Pop-Tarts.

According to a Charlotte-Mecklenburg police report, the mother called authorities and reported her Pop-tarts were stolen by her juvenile son.

Officers arrested the son and charged him with misdemeanor larceny on Monday night.

A reporter for WCNC-TV in Charlotte waited more than two hours for the mother, Latasha Renee Love, age 37, to come home Wednesday evening.

But she parked her car a block away and went into her house on Goldstaff Lane through the back.

The TV station reported that she came out briefly to use an obscenity and then slam the door.

Charlotte police valued the missing Pop-Tarts at $5, according to a police report.

Love, who police say had discipline issues with her child in the past, decided to have him arrested this time.

The misdemeanor case against the boy will be handled in juvenile court.

Two sisters who are grieving the loss of their mother to Cancer were kicked out of the King of Prussia Mall in Pennsylvania for refusing to remove their hats which read “FU*K CANCER” with the letter C replaced by the breast cancer awareness ribbon.

Clearly the girls are upset, hurt and in grief so if wearing a hat that says F the thing that took their mother from them at such a young age makes them feel a little better it is understandable.

However on the flip side of the coin there are children, elderly people and other customers who frequent the mall on a daily basis and the hats may be considered inappropriate and offensive to them.

Security and the police could have handled the situation better as the girls more than likely explained why they had the hats on in the first place and a little more compassion should have been expressed.

The pain of losing anyone you love is immense and to have to watch your mother die helplessly makes you extremely angry and virtually inconsolable for a long period of time.

My heart goes out to the entire family this is truly an unfortunate situation.

KING OF PRUSSIA, PENNSYLVANIA - Sisters Takia (pictured right) and Tasha Clark were kicked out from a King of Prussia, Pa., mall after reportedly refusing to remove their hats, which read “FU*K CANCER,” with the letter ‘C’ replaced by the breast cancer awareness pink ribbon symbol.

The young women sported the profanity-laden hats in support of their mother, Jackie Underwood (pictured), 51, who lost her battle with the disease on May 14th, reports Philly.com.

As the sisters were shopping at the mall, along with another sister, Makia Underwood (pictured left); friends; and relatives for a funeral dress for Zakia’s 9-year-old daughter, they were approached by a security guard.

The security guard ordered the women to remove their hats. Zakia, 29, obliged the guard but her stubborn sister told the officer she needed to see proof in writing as to why she could not sport her hat.

Zakia, who says she became suddenly fueled by her sister’s strong spirit which was so reminiscent of their mom, decided to put her hat back on.

The security guard, who allegedly appeared combative toward the women, said, according to Zakia, “‘Since you don’t want to take your hat off, you can leave my mall.’  He stood there while we ate, and [he] threatened to call the cops.”

Zakia then went on to tell Philly.com that seven security guards descended upon them as they ate their meals. “I was very embarrassed,” she said. “My daughter was so scared; she was crying.”

According to the sisters, they were all escorted to the mall’s administrative office, where they were met by police who had been summoned by the security guards.

Sister Makia also joined the women in the office soon after.

According to Zakia, “The [police] officer said, ‘I find it offensive that you even have that hat that says ‘F— CANCER.’

It’s their mall, they want you out, you have to get out.’”

The women were escorted out to their vehicles to ensure that they would leave the property.

About the incident, Makia said, “I just wanted to tell them [the guards] the whole story.

I wanted to tell them a monster came in to our house, got in to my mother, and we had to watch that until the day it took her, so don’t tell me it’s offensive to say, ‘F— CANCER,’” she told Philly.com.

Clearly someone has given pop star Katy Perry a crash course on rapper Chief Keef.

Perhaps Lupe Fiasco reached out to let her know that it’s real in the field as he is still allegedly ducking the rapper for remarks he made which earned him a promise of a smack from Keef as well.

No matter how she got the wire, she got it, and has apologized to Chief Keef for disrespecting his track “Hate Being Sober”.

Mom – “I’ll Chop Off Kids Heads!”

If there is one thing that does not need to be popularized, its be-headings.

A Florida mother, Alisa Lynn Williams, allegedly broke down the door of a home she used to share with her boyfriend/father of her children and threatened her three kids by saying that she was going to “cut off their heads.”

She was disarmed by her ex, Carlos Quinones and his father….and then she tried to break BACK in by climbing through a window she broke.

She was carrying a machete at the time of the incident.

Police found her sitting on the porch covered in blood…one would have to assume her own.

This all happened after she was living IN THE WOODS(!) for two weeks.

A machete-wielding mom broke into her ex’s home and threatened to chop their kids’ heads off after living in the woods for two weeks, police said.

Drug addict Alisa Lynn Williams, 32, allegedly battered down the door to the DeLand, Fla. home she used to share with Carlos Quinones at 4 p.m. Tuesday.

She is then accused of threatening their 7-year-old twin boys and 6-year-old daughter with the deadly weapon.

Neighbors heard her screaming she “was going to cut off their heads” before being disarmed by Quinones and his father and being pushed outside.

She then tried to break back in by smashing a window and climbing through shards of broken glass.

Cops were called and officers found her sitting on the porch covered in blood.

The Daytona Beach News-Journal reports that Williams moved out of the home two weeks ago because of her drug and alcohol problems.

She was arrested and charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and armed burglary and is being held without bail in the Volusia County Branch Jail.

NEW YORK, NEW YORK – Amanda Bynes was taken away by police in handcuffs after being arrested for reckless endangerment after allegedly throwing a foot-long bong out of the window of her 36th floor New York apartment.

The incident came after police arrived to speak to the troubled actress about her alleged marijuana use on Thursday night.

She was then taken to a hospital for a psychiatric evaluation before being booked at the police station for criminal of possession of marijuana, reckless endangerment and tampering with evidence.

Sources told NBC News in New York that police were called on Thursday night by the doorman, who reported Bynes was smoking marijuana in the lobby of her building on West 47th Street.

Officers responding to the call went to Bynes’ apartment where sources said they noted a ‘heavy smell of marijuana and smoke’.

The officers were allowed inside by the actress and when they noticed a bong – a device used to smoke marijuana – Bynes allegedly threw it out of the high-rise window in full view of the policemen.

Her actions led to the further charges – under New York state law, reckless endangerment occurs when a person creates a substantial risk of serious physical injury to another person.

Nobody was injured by the falling bong.

Following her treatment at Roosevelt Hospital, Bynes was taken to a Midtown police station where she is expected to spend the night before a Friday court appearance.

Bynes was photographed in police custody on Thursday night as an officer escorted her out of a police station.

The actress was wearing her platinum blonde hair extensions and a black Versace sweatshirt.

The former Nickelodeon star has been exhibiting erratic behavior of late with some eyebrow-raising public outings and online postings.

Two men who claimed they attended an impromptu house party at Bynes’ Manhattan apartment last month said they witnessed Bynes smoking marijuana atop a bare mattress in her bedroom.

The men told In Touch magazine in an article this week that Bynes’ home was filthy and filled with marijuana, presenting photos to back up their claims.

The men said that Bynes’ home was virtually unfurnished and windows were spray painted black.

Bynes jumped to her own defense on Wednesday night on Twitter. She posted a tweet saying: ‘That’s not my bed! Those aren’t my toes! My toes are pedicured!’

In another strange incident, TMZ reported on Thursday that Bynes was stopped from boarding a private jet last weekend for not having correct identification.

Since her driver’s license has been suspended and she has no other form of ID, the actress told the pilot to search her name on Google to prover her identity.

The pilot checked with the jet company, but they were adamant that no special treatment be given and Bynes was not allowed on the flight.

Her bizarre antics commenced with her retirement from acting and move last year to New York.

The 27-year-old is regularly on Twitter and has sent out some concerning tweets in which she asked Drake to ‘murder her vagina’ and posed topless while complaining about her weight.

The All That actress was arrested in April 2012 in West Hollywood, California on driving under the influence of alcohol after the black BMW she was driving struck a Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department patrol vehicle.

Bynes also has been on probation for driving on a suspended license related to an incident in Burbank, California in 2012 in which her car was impounded.

TMZ reported earlier this year Amanda was evicted from her apartment for being a ‘building nuisance,’ as neighbors complained about smelling marijuana smoke from her abode.

The Easy actress moved to the Big Apple to become a fashion designer last year, but the fruits of her labor have yet to surface.

She also didn’t have much luck with her 2007 clothing line, Dear, after retailer Steve & Barry’s filed for bankruptcy.

SAINT-JEROME, Que. — A school board north of Montreal has launched an internal investigation after school staff strip-searched 28 high school students to find a cellphone during a year-end exam.

The board admits that staff at Cap-Jeunesse high school in Saint-Jerome, Que., “lacked judgment” for asking 28 Grade 10 students to remove their clothes when a phone went missing last week.

The students were ordered to put their phones on a teacher’s desk to prevent cheating during a math exam but one phone was unaccounted for, prompting teachers to order the strip search.

“They put us in a small room,” one teenage girl, who didn’t give her name, told QMI Agency. “(They said) ‘take off your bra, then raise your arms.’

They even tapped us on the back.”

School board spokeswoman Nadyne Brochu admits the teachers went too far.

“It was a disproportionate action under the circumstances,” she said.

“These are not measures that are recommended by either the school or the school board.”

Brochu said the school principal was not told about the decision to conduct the strip search.

“In the heat of the action, the decision seemed the best,” she said. ”

Once officials heard what had happened, they immediately contacted the students’ parents to explain the situation.”

The board didn’t say if the teachers will face disciplinary action, saying only that “an administrative investigation is ongoing.”

Students will have an option to re-take the exam, says Brochu, who admits “the climate was not conducive to a good test.”

Soulja Boy Accused Of Hit & Run

The late, great Pimp C is not the only rapper who has a reputation for crashing Bentleys.

Soulja Boy appears to be in trouble for the second time.

In September of last year, Atlanta, Georgia rapper Soulja Boy was accused of crashing his Bentley into another car.

A subsequent lawsuit alleged that the longtime Interscope Records artist caused vehicle, medical and other financial damages, along with defamation.

Nine months later, Soulja Boy and his Bentley are in the headlines again. TMZ.com reports that Soulja Boy’s luxury coupe was photographed by police on January 9 in Los Angeles, California, causing a collision with a motorcyclist due to negligence on the car-driver’s part.

At the time of the accident, the car fled the scene.

The reports add that the motorcyclist asked around the accident site days later.

A valet staff member at Roscoe’s Chicken & Waffles reported that Soulja Boy, who owns a red Bentley, is a regular in the area.

Contacting authorities, policed discovered that from photographs taken by hidden cameras in the area, the license plate belonged to the 2007 “Crank Dat” star.

After a search warrant was obtained and probable cause, Soulja’s car was impounded. There is no word yet of a trial. TMZ has additional information concerning the LAPD’s use of these hidden cameras.

PLEASANT GROVE, ALABAMA – Talk about model MAYHEM.

Kayla Earl, a model from Hueytown, Ala.is accused of staging her own attack to get the attention of her ex-boyfriend, CBS 42 reported.

Earl, 19, was found unconscious on the side of the road with a Walmart bag over her head early Tuesday, the Birmingham News reported.

Earl told police she had been visiting the grave of a friend when a man came up behind her and threw the bag over her head.

Officers said she told them she was able to get away from the man and flee before passing out next to the road.

However, ”it turns out none of this happened,” Detective Jason Davis told the Birmingham News Tuesday evening.

Police say during a later interview, Earl confessed to making the whole thing up, going so far as to placing the bag over her own head to make it appear someone had tried to suffocate her.

Investigators say Earl faked the incident to attract the attention and sympathy of her ex-boyfriend.

“She is going through some personal problems,” Davis said.

She has been charged with falsely reporting an incident to police.

Earl’s Model Mayhem page states that she has been working as a swimsuit, promotional and lingerie model for the past three years.

BETHESDA, MARYLAND - A 50,000-pound beam collapsed on the third deck of a mall parking garage, killing one man working on the second floor and trapping another for hours.

As crews labored on a new parking garage at the Westfield Montgomery Mall in Bethesda, a center concrete panel collapsed at about 1:45 p.m. Thursday. About 20 other construction workers were working on the structure at the time.

Montgomery County fire crews responding to the call found one man crushed under the concrete and cable slab.

He apparently was killed instantly. The other man was trapped under the slab, alert and conscious for almost four hours before he could be freed.

Crews were brought in from around the county, including trauma units that waited in a nearby high school field, as police and fire officers worked to secure the scene. Once they knew the concrete wouldn’t shift anymore, they began a rescue operation.

He was transported to the Shock Trauma Center in Baltimore by helicopter with severe life-threatening injuries.

Assistant Fire Chief Scott Graham said officials did not know why the concrete structure collapsed.

He declined to give details about how severely the surviving man was injured. Graham said after the rescue was completed that the investigation would be turned over to police.

Mall shoppers slowly exited the building and crews tried to get as many cars as possible out of the parking lot near Macy’s.

Westlake Drive was blocked off and traffic trickled slowly down Democracy Boulevard as police and fire crews pulled in to aid in the rescue mission.

Bany Alavi, 38, of Germantown, said she was grabbing a quick bite to eat at the mall’s food court on Thursday afternoon.

As she headed back to her car — which was parked directly in front of where the construction site was cordoned off — she heard a loud boom.

At first she thought it was a bomb, but after noticing the construction in the parking garage, she figured it was related to the work being done.

“I thought it was on purpose,” she said. “I didn’t think that something had collapsed, or that someone as hurt.”

When she went to a nearby gas station to get water, she said a clerk told her what had happened.

She returned to the scene to find first responders already there.

“I was parked right there,” she said. “I can’t believe that happened.”

The mall is building a new movie theater adjacent to the mall’s food court, and the garage is part of that project.
